Terms of Service
Effective August 6, 2026
These terms apply when you use breadhead.ai or work with BreadHead. By using the site, signing up, or buying a service, you agree to them. If you have a separately signed agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
Who we are
BreadHead provides AI-assisted marketing and business services. AI systems help produce the work, and people review it. How that works is explained on our AI Service Disclaimer page, which is part of these terms.
The service
Depending on what you sign up for, our services can include marketing research, strategy, websites, content, marketing campaigns, automations, and discovery calls. Some offerings are beta programs, which means they are early versions and may change as we improve them.
Your part
- Give us accurate information about you and your business.
- Review and approve work when we ask. Our process is built around your approvals, and it only works when you look at what we send.
- Use the site and services lawfully. No abuse, no attempts to break, copy, or resell our systems.
Who owns what
Work we create for you (your website, your copy, your campaigns) is yours once it is paid for. The machinery we use to create it (our platform, playbooks, skills, agents, templates, and internal tools) stays ours and is not included in any deliverable.
About AI-produced work
AI can produce work that sounds confident and is still wrong. That is exactly why our process includes human review and your approval before work goes live. Even so, you are responsible for the business decisions you make based on the work. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it.
No guarantees of results
We do not promise specific business outcomes. No guaranteed revenue, guaranteed leads, guaranteed search rankings, or guaranteed timelines. Marketing results depend on many things outside anyone's control. We promise honest work, human review, and clear communication.
Not professional advice
Nothing we produce is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice. For those questions, talk to a licensed professional.
Fees
Prices and payment terms are stated where you buy, or in your signed agreement. Fees for work already performed are not refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: the services are provided as-is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Ending things
You can stop using the site any time. Either of us can end a service engagement per the terms of your agreement. Sections about ownership, liability, and disputes survive after an engagement ends.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. We will always try to resolve any issue by talking first.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
