Privacy Policy

This page explains what information BreadHead collects when you use breadhead.ai, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain words on purpose.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for the AI Honesty Test or anything else we offer.
- Your name, email, and phone number, when you book a call with us.
- Messages you send us, by email, text, or through the site.
- Basic technical logs our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the site, like the type of browser used and pages requested.
We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for, like the AI Honesty Test and the short email series that comes with it. The signup page tells you about that series before you sign up.
- To confirm and remind you about calls you book. If you give us your phone number when booking, we may text you call reminders.
- To answer your questions and provide the services you buy.
- To run and improve the site and our services.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We never send your information to advertisers.
- We never text you unless you gave us your number.
Your choices
- Email: every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and the emails stop.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us and the texts stop.
- Your data: email us at jeremy@breadhead.ai to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Who helps us run things
Like most businesses, we use trusted service providers to operate: website hosting (Cloudflare), our customer and messaging platform, our email delivery service, video calls (Zoom), and calendars (Google). They process your information only to provide their service to us. Our email tools may record whether an email was delivered, opened, or a link was clicked, so we know our messages are working.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a subscriber, a client, or an active lead, and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back or the law requires us to keep records. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless a legal duty says otherwise.
Children
Our services are for business owners and their teams. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Big changes get called out plainly.
